About Together

The moment the doors open, the subdued lighting and minimalist decor set a contemplative mood that complements the culinary experience. The interplay of subtle earth tones with soft wood accents creates an intimate space that invites diners to focus on the intricate flavors presented. It is not unusual to encounter patrons drawn here by curiosity sparked through Together + reviews, especially those praising the balance between traditional techniques and modern presentation. Attention to detail seems paramount, extending beyond the food to elements such as the well-curated background music and unobtrusive attentiveness of the staff, which enhances the overall ambiance without ever feeling contrived.

Dishes often tell the story at this Japanese restaurant, where a standout feature is the freshness of ingredients skillfully combined in nuanced ways. For instance, the toro sashimi arrives with a perfect melt-in-the-mouth quality, juxtaposed against crisp, vibrant garnishes that underscore freshness rather than overshadow it. The Together + menu shows variety but remains focused, leaning into seasonal offerings that hint at thoughtful sourcing. While the rice texture occasionally veers toward stickier than some may prefer, the consistency throughout the meal holds a commendable standard. Accompanying this culinary narrative are opportunities to glimpse Together + photos online, which illustrate the aesthetically clean plating yet cannot fully capture the texture and subtle fragrance experienced firsthand.

Value, in this setting, is measured through a combination of quality, portion sizes, and the discreet pace of courses, allowing for a measured dining rhythm. Pricing aligns with expectations for a dedicated Japanese kitchen emphasizing quality ingredients but might not appeal to those seeking more casual or rapid dining. The content of Together + restaurant feedback often highlights the quiet, almost meditative setting, which may feel less lively for larger groups but perfectly suited to focused meals. Overall, the experience creates a nuanced interplay of sensory details, combining taste, visual appeal, and a deliberately curated atmosphere that invites quiet reflection rather than exuberant socializing.

it is a buffet restaurant that serves Japanese and western food。 for the price of around240 or so dollars, you can eat all you want within the 2hour limit set by the restaurant. Simply order what you want and they will bring it to you as opposed to having a buffet counter. The reviews are mixed but one cannot compare this buffet to hotel buffets for the price set. The first good point is that they do serve up the food rather swiftly. The sashmi range is the typical salmon, tuna and a few more. The western food includes steak, lambchops and fried cod. The vibe is reasonably cosy. The down side is the tendency to miss out on orders. The restaurany being located in the basement without lift nor escalator access can be a problem for trolleys and elderly. Food quality is honestly mediocre and the steak or lambchops you eat are probably the two dollar value packs you get in the states. All in all it will fill u up and its defintiely a bang for the buck but it is far from a gourmet quality.

Economical Japanese style food offered at this basement restaurant. Food quality of Japanese eateries in Yuen Long is actually more or less the same everywhere save for the rare super expensive authentic places. So this is actually good option for a quick lunch, compared to newer fancier-looking establishments selling lunch at 50% more for basically same stuff. The ramen was decent, and came with a seaweed sushi roll as well. They have all-you-can-eat option too.

Wife, wife's family and I had a blast in here! Do pay they them a visit if you are looking for some very nice sushi and some Japanese dishes with a Hong-Kong touch. We went on a Monday evening and to avoid queueing we made a reservation. Turned out there was no need but it is better to be safe than sorry! Once at your table you can access Together's Wi-Fi if needed and scan the QR code given. This will allow you and your party to order. Our order arrived within few minutes and we were delighted by flavors. We had several and different dishes and we even tasted their dessert with durian inside. It was very light in durian and didn't have a strong smell. Their hot drinks were also good, fortunately it was not too sweet for our taste so it was just perfect and the osmanthus tea was just what we needed to accompany our meal. We all had a great time "together" (see what I did there? ) and will surely come back when visiting Hong Kong. P. S. We completely forgot to take pictures , we were too busy eating.
